SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
CAUTION: To prevent personal injury and damage to equipment,
• If the operator cannot read English, operating
instructions and safety precautions must be read
and discussed in the operator's native language.
• Wear protective eyewear that meets the
requirements of ANSI Z87.1 and OSHA.
• To prevent injury, do not let go of the handle once the
wheel has started to tilt.
• Do not leave wheel unattended in an upright position.
• Use the wheel tipper for lifting wheels only.
Operating Instructions
To raise the wheel
1. Deflate the tire and break the tire bead.
2. With the tire mounting flange against the floor, hook the wheel tipper
to the rim of the wheel as shown in Figure 1.
3. Stand on the floor on the opposite side of the wheel from the wheel
tipper.
4. Place both hands on the grip end of the tool.
WARNING! To prevent injury, do not let go of the handle
once the wheel has started to tilt.
5. Slowly pull the handle of the wheel tipper towards you to raise
the wheel to a standing position. See Figures 2 and 3.
6. Once the wheel is standing, remove the wheel tipper.
To lower the wheel
1. Hook the wheel tipper to the rim of the wheel.
2. With both hands on the wheel tipper, push on the handle of the
wheel tipper to start the wheel moving towards the floor, then
slowly finish lowering the wheel to the floor.
