HEATED CUSHION INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Dear customer, DreamlanD thanks you for purchasing this product. We are certain you will appreciate the quality and reliability of this heatpad, designed and manufactured with customer satisfaction in mind. These instructions for use have been drawn up in accordance with european standard en 62079. - Page 4 • This heated cushion is intended exclusively as a heatpad for home use. Any other use is improper and potentially dangerous. • The heatpad is not to be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensorial or mental abilities, or with no experience or knowledge, unless supervised by a person responsible for their safety, supervision or after having received instructions regarding its use.
- Page 5 • DO NOT use the heatpad if it is wet. • DO NOT use the heatpad to keep animals warm. • DO NOT leave the heatpad running while you sleep. • DO NOT INSERT PINS OR NEEDLES. • Application of the heatpad for a long time at high temperature can burn the skin.

- Page 7 ASSISTANCE AND WARRANTY GUARANTEE The appliance is guaranteed for a period of two years from purchase. Your receipt / invoice is your proof of purchase. The appliance is guaranteed against any defects arising from manufacture during this period. Should this be evident we will repair or replace it. The guarantee does not apply to instances of customer misuse/abuse.
