Field of operation and all the benefits • The ScanTemp 450 infrared thermometer is a non-contact infrared thermometer with Thermocouple connector. For the infrared part, simply aim the thermometer at the target and press the measurement button to display the surface temperature in less than a second.
- Page 4 • Do not place your device near extreme temperatures, vibrations or shocks. • The ScanTemp 450 should be stored at room tempera- ture between –20 to +65°C. • The lens should be kept clean at all times.
- Page 5 ScanTemp 450 – Infrared Thermometer • The sensor lens is the most delicate part of the ScanT- emp. The lens should be kept clean at all times, care should be taken when cleaning the lens using only a soft cloth or cotton swab with water or medical alcohol, allowing the lens to fully dry before using the ScanTemp 450.
