Before first use, remove all packaging.
Wash the trays and lids in warm soapy water (all dishwasher safe).
Rinse and dry thoroughly. Re-fit to the base
Note: There will be a faint smell when using the buffet server for the
first time but this is quite normal and will fade with use. This is caused
by preserving oils evaporating.
WARNING: This appliance will get hot during use, please
exercise extreme caution
Place the Buffet Server on a stable surface that can withstand
temperatures of up to 60 degrees Centigrade for extended periods.
Plug the buffet server into the mains power supply and turn the
temperature control to the mid position.
Place the prepared food into each of the warming pans and adjust
the temperature to the desired heat. The indicator light will cycle On
and Off whilst maintaining the correct temperature.
It is not recommended to keep this appliance On for more than 6-8
hours at any one time as food bacteria could develop.
After use, unplug the appliance from the mains power supply and
allow to cool thoroughly
Never attempt to move the Buffet Server or it's trays while the
appliance is still hot. To do so poses a significant scalding risk.
