1 VACUUM PUMP MOUNTING BRACKET
4 5/8" O.D. WASHERS
2 3/8" NYLON LOC NUT
2 WASHER 11/16" O.D.
2 10 MM BOLT
NOTE: THIS MOUNT IS DESIGNED TO BE USED FOR (DRIVER SIDE) INSTALLATION.
NOTE: REQUIRES V-BELT DRIVE.
NOTE: VACUUM PUMP WILL BE IN THE SAME LOCATION THAT O.E.M. POWER STEERING
PUMP WOULD OCCUPY
NOTE: THIS MOUNT, IS DESIGNED TO BE USED ONLY WITH MOROSO VACUUM PUMP
PART NUMBER 22642 AND THE MOUNT INCLUDED WITH THAT PART.
1. After confirming which hardware your engine requires you to use.
2. Place bolts through the mounting bracket after installing a washer on each. After the Bolt
passes through the Mounting Bracket, install a corresponding spacer on each Bolt.
3. Install the Vacuum Pump Mounting Bracket. Tighten the bolts.
4. Install the Vacuum Pump with its bracket and a drive belt.
5. Loosely install two 1-1/2" Bolts with Washers next.
6. Adjust the Vacuum Pump's position until you have the desired belt tension and then tighten
the Bolts.
