2. For individuals who have chronic respiratory problems, we recommend that the PM 200 be set at low at night time, if the ioniser is in the bedroom, since respiratory activities differ in sleep. Since the unit produces moderate levels of Active Oxygen (Ozone), it is not recommended to breathe too closely in front of the grill.

TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS Strange smell from the unit:The PM 200 produces ozone only as a by product of the needlepoint ionisation, creating only moderate and safe levels. Depending on the size of the room, and the ventilation, it will produce about 0.015 to 0.04 ppm (parts per million) of ozone, which is well within FDA and OSHA standards.
