Then, slide the detachable bowl into the bowl holder (D) until you hear a „click”. Note: To ensure your safety, the Electric Mandoline Slicer is equipped with a micro-switch.

Plug the mandoline in. Insert your ingredients and press the Start/Stop button once. When your ingredients are sliced, push the Start/Stop button again.
