Purchased this door 2016 it doesn’t close properly. It seems to catch and isn’t smooth
To fix the closing issue with the OVE SYDNEY 48 door that catches and isn't smooth:
1. Check the bolts that support the fixed glass panels and door. Use a ratchet to ensure they are tightly secured (up to 250 lbf*in torque).
2. Inspect the alignment of the fixed panel in the wall rail. Adjust its depth or angle to ensure proper alignment with the door.
3. Verify the position of the sliding door guide at the bottom of the fixed panel. Ensure it is correctly placed but not yet secured if adjustments are needed.
