    Operating Instructions  Before using for the first time, wash the base, plate and oil tray with lukewarm water. Dry thoroughly.  Place the oil tray on the base. To make subsequent cleaning easier, cover the oil tray with aluminum foil. Oil collected can be easily removed.

     Extreme caution should be practiced when moving the plate which contains hot liquids or oil.  Do not operate this appliance without the oil tray in place. Care and Cleaning  Always disconnect the appliance from the electrical outlet before cleaning.
