HOW TO OPEN AND FOLD THE SCOOTER HOW TO OPEN: STEP 1 Open the package and take the scooter out. Make sure that the scooter is under normal conditions. STEP 2: Picture 1 Picture 2 First open the lower lock (picture 1), step one foot on the pedal, with one hand holding T-bar to push it forward and press folding switch (picture 2). - Page 7 STEP 3: Picture 3 Pull both handlebars outside (picture 3) to make both handle grips in same line with the handle bar. HOW TO FOLD: STEP 1: picture 5 Release the upper lock, press the hoodle down inside the T-bar, and adjust the T-bar down to the lowest position. Then lock the upper lock. (picture 5) STEP 2: picture 6 Pull the left and right folding sleeves out to left or right side and make them out of T-bar (picture 6) and fold them down to the T-bar. -
