Troubleshooting
Problem Probable Cause
Tool will not operate. No air pressure.
Low air pressure.
Will not cut cable tie. Tool has reached
end of stroke.
Blade missing.
Cable tie is breaking Tension setting too high.

Solution
Check air supply connection to be sure tool is
receiving air.
Check air supply regulator for proper
adjustment.Increase pressure if necessary.
Release trigger and squeeze again.
Install Blade.
Check the 2 selector knobs for proper setting for
cable tie being applied.
Depress and hold trigger while removing materials
from nose area.
Replace blade (See page 3).
Re-install blade.

Assembly
Connect the 1/8" NPT to an air supply between 80 and 90 PSI.
Cylinder life can be lengthened by using a commercial air line mist lubricator.
Lubrication
The MK9P tool is pre-lubricated and sealed at the factory for an extensive
maintenance - free life.
Tool Maintenance
The MK9P tool has been designed to require no maintenance by the operator.
