Replacement
The Moldex ® #0098 Spectacle Kit allows users of the Moldex
#9000 Series Full Face Mask to wear it with corrective prescription
lenses. Caution: Do not wear the Moldex
with regular eyeglasses as these will cause the seal to be broken
and prevent proper fit and protection.
1. For optimal positioning, the frame can be moved up and down on the rail plus in and out with the
rubber slide. The rubber slide comes preassembled on the frame in the medium/large position, with
the up/down slide channels closest to the nosebridge. (Fig. 1 and 3)
2. If user has been fitted with a mask size small then pull out rubber slide, reverse, and push back on
the frame's mount. (Fig. 2 and 4)
3. Attach the frame by inserting the rail into the channels in rubber slide, as shown. (Fig. 1)
4. Install the rail, with frame attached, into facepiece as shown, (Fig. 1) with the two slots pushed into
receiving pins at top of lens, the lower tab slides between the two lower guide pins located on lens.
The spectacle frame can now be moved up/down or in/out to obtain optimal fit and vision.

El Paquete de Anteojos #0098 de Moldex
de las series 9000 de Moldex ® Máscara Facial Completa usarla
con lentes correctivos de prescripción. Precaución: No use la
Máscara Facial Completa de Moldex ® #9000 con lentes regu-
lares, ya que éstos pueden causar que se rompa el sellado y
prevenir el ajuste y prevención apropiados.
1. Para una posición óptima, el armazón puede moverse hacia arriba y hacia abajo en el riel, además
de hacia adentro y afuera con el carril de hule. El carril de hule viene preensamblado en el armazón
en la posición mediana/grande con los carriles de canales arriba/abajo más cercanos al puente de
la nariz. (Fig. 1 y 3)
2. Si el usuario ha sido provisto de una máscara de tamaño pequeña, entonces jale hacia afuera el car-
ril de hule, déle vuelta al revés y empújelo otra vez en la montadura del armazón. (Fig. 2 y 4)
3. Sujete el armazón insertando el riel en los canales del carril de hule, tal y como se muestra. (Fig. 1)
4. Instale el riel con el armazón sujeto en la pieza facial, tal y como se indica, (Fig. 1) con los dos
espacios puestos en los pernos recibidores en la parte superior de los lentes, los carriles tabu-
ladores inferiores entre los dos pernos guía inferiores localizados en los lentes.
El armazón de los anteojos se puede mover ahora hacia arriba/abajo o adentro/afuera para obtener un
ajuste y visión óptimos.
