Here you can enter your step length, define the tar-
gets, and the values for movement memory.
• In the Settings menu, select Sports.
• If you want to enter your step length, tap on
the menu and then enter a value. This value is
used to determine the distance that you have
walked or run.
TIP: to determine your step length, walk 10 paces
normally (in a straight line, in one direction), then
measure the entire distance and divide by 10. Then
enter this value.
You can enter your daily targets for number of
steps, heart rate and calories burned. When a tar-
get is reached, you will receive a notification from
the watch.
• Set a value using the scroll wheel
- Steps Goal: 3,000 to 30,000
- High Heart Rate Alert: 100 to 200 bpm
- Low Heart Rate Alert: 60 to 100 bpm.
- Calories Burned Goal: 300 - 1,700.
