We have the pager version and don’t seem to be able to connect the pager and get it working. Also since we tried to connect the pager, we aren’t sure if the sensor ‘watch’ is connected.

To connect the Danish Care pager and ensure the sensor is also connected:

1. Wear the Sensor Properly: Place the sensor on the wrist with the armband snug enough that only one finger fits between the band and the skin. It can be mounted in any direction or position on the wrist.

2. Charge the Sensor: Before use, charge the sensor using the included micro USB charger. Connect it to a 220V outlet and plug it into the sensor at the wide end. Charging takes up to 1 hour 15 minutes if the battery is empty. A flashing light indicates charging.

3. Ensure You Are Within Range: The sensor and control unit (pager) must be within 20 meters indoors. If the sensor loses contact, its LED will flash and the control unit will make a sound and send an alarm.

4. Verify Connection: When back in range, the sensor and control unit reconnect automatically.

5. Check for Errors: If the sensor flashes red or the control unit shows warnings like "SENSOR MISSING", troubleshoot by checking battery, range, and power status.

These steps ensure both the pager and the sensor are connected and working properly.
