1) Introduction

The Tethered Trailer Tracks (TT100) mobile communication terminals system is an option that
allows dispatch to monitor trailer connects and disconnects. Connects and disconnects are
detected by the IVG or MCP (except MCP50) and passed on to the host with the date, time,
and location. The Trailer Tracks system can also monitor the refrigeration unit of a trailer. This
feature works as an early warning system should the trailer temperature fall outside specific
user-defined values.

Supported Hardware

Omnitracs Intelligent Vehicle Gateway (IVG)
Omnitracs Mobile Computing Platforms (MCP200, MCP110, MCP100)
Note: The MCP50 is not supported.

Firmware Requirements

To fully support Trailer Tracks, you must meet the following requirements for the system
you are using:
• IVG - Firmware version DA0215R or higher
• MCP200, MCP110, MCP100 - All firmware versions support Trailer Tracks
MAY CONTAIN U.S. AND INTERNATIONAL EXPORT CONTROLLED INFORMATION
