Check that the top link is in good order and threads are well lubricated.
The clutch settings should not be altered without reference to the Spearhead Service Department. Never over-tighten the pressure springs on the slip clutches. This could result in severe damage to the gearbox and drive lines, as well as infringing on the warranty.

Slowly increase the engine revs to achieve the standard 1000rpm PTO speed.
