How to use KDC450 UHF 2. KDC450 UHF Options Power On/Off This option is used to enable and disable UHF. The UHF power is disabled by default. Users can enable or disable the UHF power by pressing the DOWN button for more than 3 seconds.
5.0 seconds Power Level The KDC450 UHF can read tags using 8 different power levels. A higher power level can read tags from a longer distance, but consumes more energy. To make sure your device works properly, it is important to configure the KDC450’s power level. The default level is 0, which is the weakest settings and uses the least amount of energy.
