Setting the date
Pull the crown to the first position. Turn it counter-clockwise until you have reached the appropriate date. It is
strongly recommended that you do not set the day/date between 8 PM and 4 AM, as it can severely affect the
jumping of the day/date at midnight or even damage the quartz mechanism.
Setting the time
Pull the crown to the second position. By turning the crown you can set the correct time. While the crown is pulled
to the second position, the second hand does not move, which allows a fully accurate time setting.
Notice: After setting the date or/and the time, it is of utmost importance that you push the crown back against the
case to ensure that the watch remains water resistant.
Chronograph functions
To measure any length of time, this quartz Chronograph is set with a total of 3 totalizers. With the help of the central
second hand, one can measure up to 12 hours.
Button at 2 o'clock
Start-/Stop function
1. Pressing the button once, starts the chronograph.
2. Pressing it again stops it.
3. Pressing it a third time, restarts it.
Button at 4 o'clock
Reset
Pressing this button resets all the chronograph totalizers. This way you can use it to measure anew.
Notice: Resetting is only possible whilst the chronograph is stopped.
Tachymeter function
The edge of the dial has a tachymeter scale that allows, in conjunction with the chronograph, to measure speed in
km/h. Start the chronograph, and stop it immediately once the desired speed is reached. The second hand shows the
speed on the tachymeter scale (240, 200, 180 and so on). To guarantee that the measuring is true, the exact speed
must be reached. Besides, time measured cannot be less than 9 seconds or exceed 1 minute.
