Before first use Unpack the unit and place it on a flat, level, heat-resistant surface. Wipe the outer casing and cooking plates with a clean damp cloth. Note: Some odor may be smelled during initial preheating; this is normal and will cease with further use. How to use your Health Grill 1.

Cooking Tips • Cooking time depends on the type, thickness and amount of food. • Always make sure food is thoroughly cooked through before consuming. • Do not cook frozen food and do not attempt to defrost food in the grill. All food must be completely defrosted before cooking.
