MONTAGE Für bestmögliche Ergebnisse sollte der Kondensator so nahe wie möglich bei der Endstufe installiert werden. Die Kabel zwischen dem Kondensator und der Endstufe sollten möglichst kurz sein und einen möglichst großen Querschnitt aufweisen. Die Kabel sind so zu verlegen, dass deren Isolierung während des Einbaus und des Betriebes nicht beschädigt werden. - Page 4 FUNKTIONSBESCHREIBUNG Digital Voltanzeige Die digitale Voltanzeige zeigt die aktuelle Betriebsspannung in Volt an. Wenn die anliegende Spannung unter 10 Volt fällt, beginnt die Voltanzeige zu blinken. Fällt die Spannung unter 9 Volt, blinkt die Voltanzeige mit „0,00“. Liegt eine Spannung über 20 Volt an, beginnt die Voltanzeige mit „–,– –“ zu blinken.

AUTOMATISCHE EINSCHALTFUNKTION Der Kondensator besitzt eine automatische Einschaltfunktion, d.h. er schaltet sich mit der oder den angeschlossenen Verstärkern von selbst ein. Beim Ab- schalten der oder des angeschlossenen Verstärker vergeht etwa 1 Minute bis die Voltanzeige erlischt. ENTLADEN Wenn der Kondensator ausgebaut werden sollte, muss dieser aus Sicher- heitsgründen komplett entladen werden. -

INSTALLATION For achieving the best results the capacitor should be located close-by the amplifier. The cables between capacitor and amplifier should be short as pos- sible and should have large cross section. While installing the cables or the operation, ensure not to damage the insulation of the cables. Tightly screw the device with the supplied brackets and screws as close as possible to the amplifier on a mechanically stable position. -

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTIONS Digital Voltmeter The digital voltmeter shows the current operating voltage in volts. When the applied voltage drops below 10 volts, the volt indicator will start flashing. If the voltage falls below 5 volts, the volt indicator flashes with “0,00”. If a voltage of more than 20 volts is applied, the voltmeter starts to flash with “-,--”. -

AUTOMATIC TURN-ON The capacitor has an automatic turn-on function, which means it switches itself on together with the connected amplifier(s). When switching off the amplifier(s), it takes about 1 minute for the volt indicator to go out. DISCHARGING PROCESS If the capacitor will be uninstalled you need to discharge it completely.
