Service and warranty

Maintenance:

Peeling plate (product 7010 002) and peeling insert (product 7010 100) are wear parts and should regularly
be checked. The motor sealing should be replaced by our customer service team or an authorised service
provider when worn or after 5 years.

Replacing the peeling plate:

Remove the fastening screw (product 7010 025) and detach the peeling plate from the motor shaft. Mount
new peeling plate and tighten fastening screw.

Replacing the peeling insert:

Remove the peeling plate as described above.
Remove the 4 piece screws (screw 09). Now the peeling insert (product 7010 100) can be removed from the
housing with the 2 piece insert holder. Clean the inside of the housing thoroughly and mount new peeling
insert and peeling plate in the reverse order.

Guarantee provisions:

Within the statutory warranty period, any product failure that occurs due to manufacturing defect will be
repaired free of charge. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty does not cover any damages caused by
misuse, damaged parts or repair service other than those which have been authorized, wear or consequen-
tial damages. The appliance has to be returned to Kisag AG, CH-4512 Bellach or to a service facility chartered
by Kisag. immediately after detection of a defect including a copy of the sales receipt and a description of
the defect detected. Shipping will be paid.
