HOW TO USE • Excess oil and fat from the food is collected on the bottom of the pan. It’s better there than on your waistline! • Some foods may require shaking halfway during the preparation time (see section ‘Settings’ in this chapter). To do this, pull the pan out of the appliance by the handle and shake it.
