Inspect the condition of the wheel tipper before each use; do not use if damaged, altered,
or in poor condition.

Hook the first notch of the wheel tipper in one of the Figure 1 wheel holes. Notches 2 and 3 on the wheel tipper should be facing toward you as shown in Figure 1. Note: Do not use the hole with the valve stem.
