  • Page 3 How To Replace UV-C Bulb !!Unplug The Purifier Before Servicing!! In order to gain access to the UV-C bulb, all 4 filters need to be removed. Picture of Center Housing Ozone Plates Ozone Plate Brackets UV-C BULB Bulb Sockets...
  • Page 4 NOTE: Do not touch the glass. The oils from your hands will cause the bulb to burn out prematurely. The bulb is secured into 2 slotted Bulb Sockets by green security tabs. In order to unlock the tabs you must twist the UV-C bulb counter-clockwise (or towards you). This will release the green tabs to allow for removal of the bulb.
  • Page 5 How To Replace Ozone Plates !!Unplug The Purifier Before Servicing!! Please inspect Ozone Plates for cracks before and after washing. Each plate should be washed in warm water before installation. Always allow the plates to properly dry before installing. You are able to clean lightly with a soft brush and warm water as needed. Usually clean plates once a month.
  • Page 6 How To Replace Power Cord !!Unplug The Purifier Before Servicing!! The PVC cable power cord is detachable. Remove the old cord and replace with new one.
  • Page 7 How To Replace Fuse (1 amp) !!Unplug The Purifier Before Servicing!! In order to replace the fuse, the power cord will need to be removed. Fuse Place a small flat screwdriver under lifting tab. Carefully lift up fuse holder to gain access to the 1 amp fuse.
  • Page 8 How To Remove Center Housing !!Unplug The Purifier Before Servicing!! To remove the center housing from the cabinet, remove the 4 screws located on the bottom. Remove the 5 screws located on the back. The back panel will then come off.
  • Page 9 Slide the Center Housing partially out to unhook the quick connect plugs and the front display ribbon. Fan quick connect plug front display ribbon Ionizer quick connect plug Once the 3 connections are disconnected, the center housing will slide completely out of the cabinet.
  • Page 10 How To Replace Fan !!Unplug The Purifier Before Servicing!! With the Center Housing removed, you will have access to the fan. Then remove the 4 screws that hold the fan in place. If you do not see the securing screws above, please see below on how to remove your fan. Remove the front fan cover by pushing up and out on the bottom.
  • Page 11 Remove the 2 screws securing the Negative Ion Attracting Plate in place. Then the fan will come free from its location. NOTE: Be sure to reattach these 2 wires and put the plate back into place before putting the new fan in. The fan quick connect plug has 3 wires coming from it (2 black and 1 yellow) Make sure you plug this back into the corresponding connection.
  • Page 12 How To Replace Ionizer !!Unplug The Purifier Before Servicing!! The Ionizer is located in a small plastic holder right in front of the fan. You are able to see it if you remove the front fan cover but will not be able to replace it this way. The Center Housing and Fan (you will not have to remove the Negative Ion Attracting Plate) will need to be removed in order to access the Ionizer and Ionizer holder.

Remove the 6 securing screws from the board. Front Display Ribbon MAKE SURE TO PLUG THE FRONT DISPLAY RIBBON BACK INTO ITS LOCATION...
  • Page 14 How To Replace On/Off and Power Cord Housing !!Unplug The Purifier Before Servicing!! Remove 5 securing screws on the back panel. On/Off and Power Cord Housing Remove the 2 screws securing the housing into place on the back panel. Remove the connecting wires one at a time and secure to the new housing. **If you disconnect all wires at once, please refer to wiring diagram for wire location.
  • Page 15 How To Replace Automatic Safety Switch !!Unplug The Purifier Before Servicing!! Remove 5 securing screws on the back panel. On/Off and Power Cord Housing Remove the 2 screws securing it into place. Remove the 2 wire connections one at a time and connect to new switch.
  • Page 16 How To Replace Circuit Board !!Unplug The Purifier Before Servicing!! To gain access to the circuit board, the Center Housing needs to be removed from the cabinet. The circuit board is located inside the bottom of the center housing. Transformer Circuit Board Center Housing Slide the Circuit Board out of the channel.
  • Page 17 How To Replace Negative Ion Generator !!Unplug The Purifier Before Servicing!! To gain access to the Negative Ion Generator, the Center Housing needs to be removed from the cabinet. The Negative Ion Generator is located inside the bottom of the center housing. Transformer Negative Ion Generator Circuit Board...
  • Page 18 How To Replace Transformer !!Unplug The Purifier Before Servicing!! To gain access to the Transformer, the Center Housing needs to be removed from the cabinet. The Transformer is located inside the bottom of the center housing. Transformer Negative Ion Generator Circuit Board Remove the 4 screws securing the Transformer in place.
  • Page 19 How To Replace Ozone Plate Brackets !!Unplug The Purifier Before Servicing!! There are 4 Ozone Plate Brackets. Ozone Plate Brackets Ozone Plates UV-C BULB Bulb Sockets Remove the screw that corresponds with the bracket you are wanting to replace. Replace with new bracket.
  • Page 20 How To Replace Bulb Sockets !!Unplug The Purifier Before Servicing!! There are 2 Bulb Sockets located inside the Center Housing. Ozone Plate Brackets Ozone Plates UV-C BULB Bulb Sockets Each bulb socket has 2 tabs; one on the top and one on the bottom. Press these tabs in to release the socket from its location.
