5. Trouble-shooting

If the wireless keyboard does not function properly after installation,
the following elements should be checked:
· C heck whether the USB dongle has been correctly attached to the ISIO device.
· T ry another USB port.
· C heck whether the batteries have been inserted the right way around
(with the correct polarity).
· C heck the battery charge status (if necessary, insert new batteries).
· C heck whether interruptions to the 2.4 GHz band have been caused by
other users (if necessary, repeat pairing).
If you still cannot get the device to acknowledge keyboard entries,
contact your supplier's service department.
