Selecting the unit of weight
When supplied to the customer, the baby scale is set to weigh in
kilograms "kg"� You can find the unit adjuster on the rear of the baby
scale� You can use this to also change the unit of weight to pounds
"lb" or ounces "oz"�

6. Initial use

Inserting the batteries

Before using the baby scale, you must first insert three 1�5 V alkaline mignon AAA batteries
into the battery compartment of the baby scale�
Proceed as follows:
1� Open the battery compartment cover on
the bottom of the baby scale�
2� Insert three 1�5 V alkaline mignon AAA
batteries into the battery compartment�
Make sure that the batteries are inserted
the right way round (+ / –), as shown in the
battery compartment�
3� Close the battery compartment cover until you hear and feel it click into place�
Note
The batteries must be replaced when " Lo " appears on the display�
Initial use with the app
You can transfer the measured weight values to your smartphone via Bluetooth
"beurer BabyCare" app�
Keep the smartphone close to the scale in order to maintain an active Bluetooth
during initial use�
To connect the baby scale to the smartphone, proceed as follows:
