Bedienungsanleitung BISAM 22 BÜRSTE Sehr geehrter Kunde! Herzlichen Glückwunsch zu Ihrem Kauf dieses Produktes! Denken Sie daran, diese Bedienungsanleitung sicher aufzubewahren. Die genaue Befolgung ihres Inhaltes (Verwendung, Service, Wartung usw.) verlängert die Lebensdauer der Maschine erheblich. Die Rössle AG arbeitet ständig an der Weiterentwicklung ihrer Produkte und behält sich daher das Recht auf Änderungen ohne vorherige Ankündigung, z. - Page 3 Montieren des Bürstenkopfes an die Teleskopstange Bei der Montage zunächst die Aufmerksamkeit auf das mit Klettband am Ende der Stange fixierte Spiralkabel halten. Lassen Sie dringend beim Lösen des Klettbandes dieses Kabel nicht los sondern verschrauben Sie sofort die Steckverbindung mit dem Bürstenstecker. Achtung! Wird das Kabelhalteband vor dem Verbinden der Stecker gelöst, kann das Kabel in die Teleskopstange zurück rutschen. Nach dem Verbinden der Kabel den Adapter der BISAM 22 BÜRSTE samt dem Kabel in die Teleskopstange einschieben und mit den Flügel s chrauben fixieren. Klettband aufbewahren und bei einer eventuellen Demontage das Kabel wie gehabt wieder an der Stange fixieren. Montieren des Akkus mit der Speedcontroleinheit und der Teleskopstange Verbinden Sie zuerst den Akku mit der Speedcontrol und dann mit der Teleskopstange. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Steckerverbindungen exakt gesteckt und mit der Kontermutter gesichert sind. Bitte die Stecker nicht an den blauen Enden halten bzw.
- Page 4 Arbeiten mit der BISAM 22 BÜRSTE Die BISAM 22 BÜRSTE ist für die Reinigung von Oberflächen unter Wasser konzipiert. Die Walzenbürste auf dem Teichboden auflegen und den Vor- Rückwärtsschalter betätigen und den Sauger einschalten. Bei der Arbeit auf groben Untergründen wird die Bürste stärker abgenützt, verwenden Sie die auf den Untergrund angepassten Bürsten Härtegrad. Die Walzenbürste nicht mit Gewalt auf den Untergrund drücken, da sonst die Gefahr eines Motor- oder Gertriebeschadens besteht, oder dass die Folie beschädigt wird. Die BISAM 22 BÜRSTE ermöglicht über den verbauten Sauganschluss das Anbringen eines Saugschlauches sowohl in 50 wie auch 38 mm Durchmesser.
- Page 5 Wartung und Reinigung der BISAM 22 BÜRSTE WARNUNG! Vor allen Wartungsarbeiten am Gerät stets die Stromversorgung trennen. Gerät nach dem Gebrauch reinigen. Wenn der Kabelstecker an der Maschine verschmutzt ist, ihn mit Druckluft oder einer weichen Bürste reinigen. Außenseite des Gerätes mit einem sauberen und trockenen Tuch reinigen. Kein Wasser im Schalterbereich und am Akku verwenden. Halten Sie die Griffe trocken, sauber und frei von Öl und Fett. Akku auf Schäden prüfen. Überprüfen, ob das Ladegerät unbeschädigt und betriebsfähig ist. Tragegurt auf Beschädigungen überprüfen. Darauf achten, dass alle Verbindungen und Kabel sauber und intakt sind.

Operating instructions for the BISAM 22 BRuSh Dear customer! We congratulate you on the purchase of this product! Please remember to keep these operating instructions in a safe place. By carefully following these instructions (use, service, maintenance etc.) you can greatly extend the working life of this machine. The Rössle AG is constantly working to develop and improve their products and retains the right to make alterations e.g. shape and appearance, without previous warning. This product corresponds to the valid current CE regulations. Read the operating instructions carefully and make sure you are familiar with them before using the equipment. • Before carrying out any maintenance work on the equipment, disconnect it from the power supply. • Before using the equipment, it should be checked that there is no wear or damage which should then first of all be repaired. • The appliance is only to be used for cleaning your pond. You should in any case only use the original brushes. Only use the BISAM 22 BRUSH for the purpose intended. • The use of the equipment is forbidden for persons (including children) who have restricted bodily, sen- sory or mental abilities or who are not in possession of the necessary experience or knowledge unless they are working under the guidance of a person responsible for their safety and have been previously trained in its use. Do not allow children to play with the equipment. - Page 11 Mounting the brush head on to the telescopic rod When mounting the brush head pay careful attention to the spiral cable attached to the end of the rod with a Velcro fastener. When releasing the Velcro fastening be very careful not to let go of this cable, but make sure you immediately screw the connector onto the brush connection. Attention! If you let go of the cable fastening before connecting the brush, the cable could slip back into the telescopic rod. After connecting up the cable, push the adaptor of the BISAM 22 BRUSH into the telescopic rod together with the cable and fix it with the wing nuts. Keep the Velcro fastener and when dismounting the equipment, use it to attach the cable back onto the rod as before. Mounting the power unit with the speed control unit and the telescopic rod First connect the power unit to the speed control unit and then to the telescopic rod. Make sure that the connections are attached exactly and secured with the lock nut. Please do not hold or turn the connector at the blue end. Attention! Make sure to not let the battery fall into the water, otherwise the warranty expires.
- Page 12 Working with the BISAM 22 BRUSH The BISAM 22 BRUSH is designed to clean surfaces under water. Particularly on even floor surfacesLay the rotating brush on the pond floor, regulate the forwards-backwards switch and switch on the suction cleaner. When working on rough ground, the brush will wear out more quickly, so make sure you use a brush with the suitable grade of hardness for the surface being cleaned. Do not press the rotating brush too strongly onto the surface as this may cause damage to the motor or gears or could damage the foil. With the BISAM 22 BRUSH it is possible to attach a suction hose with a diameter of 50 or 38 mm to the built-in suction connector. If using the suction possibility at the same time, the dirt can be removed and the clarity of the water is maintained. A clouding of the water is for the most part avoided. Using the speed control unit, you have the possibility to choose between three different speeds in each direction. The rotation speed you choose is indicated by an LED light. For the wall surfaces we recommend a faster, for the horizontal surfaces a rather slower rotation speed. In order to avoid damaging sensitive surfaces like foil, we recommend starting with the yellow Vacu-grip brush attachment. As an option, you can, however use the harder Vacu-grip brushes in red = medium hard or green/red = hard. This is advisable in the case of hard or encrusted dirt. The loaded power unit can be easily transported using the strap provided, just clip the power unit into the power unit holder. The BISAM 22 BRUSH can now be steered by the telescopic rod and the cleaning of the surfaces in the pool or pond will be systematically carried out. Changing the brush Attention! Before carrying out any maintenance work on the BISAM 22 BRUSH, please disconnect the brush from the power supply. Pay particular attention, before making any changes, that you turn the battery switch to the O position. - Page 13 Maintenance and cleaning the BISAM 22 BRUSH WARNING! Before doing any maintenance work on the machine, always disconnect it from the power supply. Clean the machine after use. If the cable socket on the machine is dirty, clean it with compressed air or with a soft brush. Clean the exterior of the machine with a clean and dry cloth. Do not use any water near the switch area and the power unit. Keep the handles clean and free from oil and grease. Check that the power unit is not damaged. Check that the charging unit is not damaged and in working order. Check that the carrying strap is not damaged. Make sure that all connections and cables are clean and intact. If the machine starts to vibrate, it must be turned off. Turn off the machine and disconnect the power unit before removing any material which may be wrapped around the brush. Transporting and storing the BISAM 22 BRUSH • Secure the machine before transporting it. • Turn off the machine before transporting it and stow it away into the packing provided. • The power unit and the charging unit should be stored in a dry place, free from damp and frost. • The power unit should not be stored in rooms where there is a danger of electrostatic discharge. • The power unit should be stored where there is a temperature of between 0 und 30 °C and not ex posed to direct sunlight. • Store the machine in a room which is locked and not accessible for children or other unauthorized persons. • Before storing it for a longer period, make sure that the machine is thoroughly cleaned and that the power unit is fully charged. For longer storage time, recharge the battery.

In case of any doubt, contact the Akku Power GmbH Batteries. Use the battery charging unit only in closed rooms. Do not expose the battery charging unit to any damp or wet conditions. Never carry the battery charging unit using its cable. Never pull the mains cable in order to disconnect the battery charging unit from the mains plug. Keep the mains cable away from heat, oil and sharp edges. Do not use the battery charging unit on an easily inflammable surface or where there is inflammable material. Never try to charge a wet power unit. When it is not being used, the battery charging unit should be stored n a dry, securely closed place which is inaccessible for children because they have no experience with the equipment, should not be allowed to use it without suitable supervision or training. The battery charging unit is not designed to be used by persons with limited physical, sensory or mental abili- ties or persons who have no experience or the necessary knowledge unless they are supervised by someone responsible for their security or have received guidance as to how the equipment is to be used. Children should be supervised, to make sure that they do not play with the equipment. Cleaning and maintenance should not be carried out by children without supervision. Store any equipment which is not being used out of the reach of children and do not allow anyone who is not familiar with the equipment and the accompanying user instructions to use it. Pay attention to the minimum and maximum charging temperature. Do not dismantle the battery charging unit. Danger of a short circuit: protect the battery charging unit from metal objects. This equipment is designed for use by qualified personnel. It has been tested and corresponds to the valid legal limits.
