• If the appliance is overfilled, boiling water may overflow.
• If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its
service agent or a qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
• Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
• The appliance is not suitable for installation in an area where a water jet could be
used.
• The appliance must not be cleaned by a water jet. The appliance must not be
immersed in water or liquid.

or mental capabilities or those with a lack of experience and knowledge may only
use the device if they are instructed on how to do so by a person responsible for their
safety, or if they are supervised and understand the hazards associated with the use
of the device.
OPERATION
How to make wort
The element cover should be put in the urn, as it prevents the „stuffs" caking onto
element and burn out the urn. Pour water into the urn. Grind the malt, and heat it up
to 55-65 °C, keep heating it up constantly in 3 hours. String it every 30mins. After 3
hours, get a spoon of „wort" and use iodine to test it every 10mins. If it not shows „light
blue", it means the starch turn into Malt. Opposite, please keep the above instruction
and do the testing again.
