  • Page 5 STEP 4 Tighten bolts on each side of gas burner...
  • Page 6 STEP 5 Insert Baking Stone...
  • Page 7 STEP 6 Attach and tighten gas burner regulator to propane tank...
  • Page 8 STEP 7 Turn propane valve to open position...
  • Page 9 STEP 8 Press in, and turn gas burner knob counter clockwise to 'high'. Hold in for 5 seconds to ignite flame. Leave burner on high to preheat the oven for approximately 20 minutes, Or until you have reached your desired stone temperature.
  • Page 10 STEP 9 Turn burner to 'low' once your desired stone temperature has been reached.
  • Page 11 STEP 10 Insert wood into the back of the oven. You can use wood kindling, chun,ks pellets, or charcoal.
  • Page 12 STEP 11 Close back access hatch door. After wood has ignited and you see a flame rolling across the ceiling of your oven, you are ready to cook!
