3. Position and support the filter housing assembly with the mounting brackets located on the inside of the handle brackets (see Fig. 1) 4. Align the hole through one mounting bracket with the hole through the mating handle bracket and handle (see Fig. 2), and insert the machine screw through the entire assembly. - Page 7 2. Rotate the handle rapidly in a counterclockwise direction to prime the pump. Once primed, continue to rotate the pump handle at a comfortable rate to draw fuel from the tank into the caddy. CaUTIOn: Pay attention to the sight level tube on the side of the fuel caddy.
