INSTALLATION PREPARATION 2.4 Sorting the parts Before assembly, sort all parts in the order of assembly. Divide the components into the rows A-B-C-D, floor elements and ceiling elements. This preparation will help you to ensure quick and smooth assembly. When removing the parts from the packaging, make sure that all parts are intact and complete.

INSTALLATION PREPARATION The electric brick and the fan must not be carried on the power cable. Do not place the inside of the ceiling panel on the floor. The motion detector positioned there is protruding, it could be damaged. Caution The motion detector must not be damaged!

Push the bricks together from top to bottom. The brick construction consists of a tongue and groove system with additional connecting elements.

Important note: Avoid hard elements on clothing such as belt buckles, rivets, protruding zippers, etc.

Do not remove the adhesive strips until level D has been installed, otherwise additional securing of the door is required. Remove the protective foil from the glass door. Two fitters are needed to position the door into the notch on the floor plate.

INSTALLATION OF WALLS AND DOOR/WINDOWS 4.3 Installing the brakes The Mobile Unit may only be used with the brakes locked. The parking brakes are mounted with screws. As soon as the unit is placed at the intended location, both parking brakes must be applied.
INSTALLATION OF WALLS AND DOOR/WINDOWS 4.4 Wood fibre and floor plate The floor consits of several layers, a wood fibre layer for insula- tion and a white 16 mm chipboard panel which serves as carrier plate for the carpet. First, insert the wood fibre foor plate and secondly the 16 mm chipboard panel onto which the carpet will be layed (adhesive tape on top).

Start with Brick B6 on the front right next to the door and continue counter-clockwise as shown in the illustrations. Next install brick row C. Start with Brick C11 and continue clockwise as shown in the illustrations.

Connect the (5.) 3-way electrical strip to the other cable of the motion detector module and position it as shown in the illustration. Then connect the transformer for the (1.) Next, place the wood fibre linings in the intended positions as shown in the following illustration. Now you can put the roof plates onto the top. Note that the fan recess determi- nes the exact position of the fan and rear outlet valve.
LAY CARPET TILES 6 Lay Carpet tiles Carpet: Before putting in the carpet, remove the protective foil from the double sided adhesive tape. Then put in the carpet tiles. Connect the power cable to the mains supply. Dispose of the packaging material properly according to regulations at the appropriate disposal point.

MAINTENANCE AND CARE Always clean the full surface of the bricks to prevent stains forming. Any soiling due to assembly or glue can thus be removed. A regular vacuum cleaner is suitable for cleaning the carpet. For permanent smooth operation, it is essential to clean and maintain the booth regularly.
