1. Inspect Heating Equipment Thoroughly Damage from shipping or delivery must be reported to the carrier and NuWhirl immediately. Do not install damaged equipment. Surface Heaters are tested by the factory prior to shipment. Although extremely rare, factory defects may happen and are to be reported to NuWhirl before the equipment is installed.

Installation & Operating Instruction Manual 4. Mark Installation Location for Surface Brushing Determine the appropriate location of the heater underneath the tub and mark location as necessary. Make sure the location will allow the heater to be laid flat without any folding or bending.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Before installing, follow the pre-installation instructions on Page 4 carefully. The following steps apply to the peel-and-stick models. 1. Release Adhesive. Remove the release paper from the back of the heater. Do not touch or handle the adhesive side of the heater. 2.

If the heater needs to be repositioned after application, additional adhesive will be required for secure adherence. In this case: Apply 3M 90 Spray Adhesive to the existing adhesive (non-insulated side) and repeat steps 2 and 4.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS It is recommended to turn CozyHeat on approximately 5-10 minutes prior to entering the tub. Press the Heater Button on the keypad to power on the surface heater. The Heater will warm the surface of the seat and/or back wall. The temperature will increase to a comfortable level within a 5-10 minute period.
