- Page 16 Please be sure that the DS-10 is connected to the same network the mobile device is using. If the App doesn't show the DS-10 it is most likely due to the fact the mobile device is connected to a different network than the DS-10.

IMPORTANT NOTES ATTENTION: The WiFi Interface must remain ON to control DS-10 via App, disabling it will cause the DS-10 to be impossible to reach via App even when using a cabled connection (LAN via Ethernet). The WiFi Interface allows the connection between the App and the DS-10 so we recommend to always keep it ON. -

WARRANTY AND SERVICE WARRANTY To validate the warranty it is necessary to register the unit on the Gold Note web site within 15 days from the purchase in the dedicated area of the web page: www.goldnote.it/warranty If the unit is not registered correctly or has been purchased from a different country of the purchaser’s home address the unit will not be covered by any warranty and the registration will be refused. -

See page 17 for more information. Make sure the RF antenna is correctly installed. It may be impossible to use the DS-10 with the Wi-Fi if the RF antenna is not installed. When using Wi-Fi, make sure the DS-10 is connected to the correct WLAN. -
