Rocker Ski Rack Mounting Instructions

ROCKER SKI RACK™ IS TO BE MOUNTED TO WOOD WALL STUDS.
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR OUTDOOR APPLICATIONS.
INSTALL & USE ROCKER SKI RACK™ AT YOUR OWN RISK.

(1) - Rocker Ski Rack™ Mounting Template

1.
Find two wall studs either 16" or 24" inches apart in the area you would like to mount your Rocker Ski Rack™.
Use a stud finder or similar method to assist in the locating of studs. Mark the center of the studs.
Rocker Ski Rack™ will only work properly when mounted to wall studs 16" or 24" apart.

Measure from the ground surface up approximately 5'-6" along the wall studs. Mark this height. Ensure that this
mark corresponds to the center of the wall stud.

Align the top of the Rocker Ski Rack™ Mounting Template with the 5'-6" marks. Use a level for fine
tuning. Align holes of the Rocker Ski Rack™ Mounting Template to the center your wall studs. Transfer the
location of the (4) holes to your wall. Rocker Ski Rack™ Mounting Template holes which do not align with wall
studs should not be marked.
4.
At each of the (4) marks, drill a 1/8" diameter pilot hole approximately 2" into your wall studs.
5.
Align the screw holes of the Rocker Ski Rack™ with pilot holes. Attach the Rocker Ski Rack™ to wall studs with
provided 3" wood screws. Do not over-tighten. Infill holes which do not align to wall studs with 3/4" wood screws.
