The washing machine is giving off a
burning smell
Don't worry, it's normal for the motor to
give off a slight varnish smell when you
first use the washing machine. This will
gradually wear off as you use the machine.
The washing machine drum has
dropped
This is a visual impression as the drum
falls as a consequence of the weight of
laundry plus the water.
Too much water is coming in
Make sure that the drainage hose is at the
correct height (page 9).
The laundry is higher than the upper
level of water
This is normal, if the level of clothing falls
afterwafrds washing begins. On the other
hand if water keeps flowing in on a
permanent basis call the authorized
assistance service.
