Remove all packing materials including the film on the lid and outer body. Before using fryer for the first time, wash the inner pan and food basket in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly afterwards.
  • Page 5 • Insert the mains plug (with dry hands) into the mains socket. • The red power light will illuminate. • Rotate the thermostat to the required position according to what type of food you are cooking (refer to the table below), the green heat light will illuminate indicating that the cooking oil is now heating.
