Using Video In
For Video-in, Video-Out (ViVO) model only
(This feature is optional, depending on wether or not the card has VIVO feature.)
5.1 Capture full motion or still image video
Your Excalibur Radeon™ series VIVO card has Video In capability for captur¬
ing full motion or still image video. Use the 4-headed Input/Output adapter to
connect a VCR, camcorder, or laserdisc player to your card, as shown.
The video output connectors on your VCR, camcorder, or laserdisc player will be similar to these.
Use S-V/DEO OUT or COMPOSITE VIDEO OUT. S-Video will provide better results.

Connecting Your video device
1. Turn off your computer and your VCR, camcorder, or laser disk player.
2.
Ensure your graphics card is installed correctly.
3.
Locate the S-Video Output or the Composite Output on your VCR, camcorder,
or laser disk player.
4.
Looking at the back of your computer, locate your graphics card. Using a
Composite cable or S-Video cable, attach one end of the cable to Video In on
your graphics card and the other to the Video Output on your video device.
5. Turn on your computer and your video device.
6.
Use a Video Editing Software to capture streaming Video or still images.
