Swaging
Head
01. First remove the Cone and fit the appropriate
sized swaging head into the Yolk. Use a reamer
to clean the tube. Insert the tube into the
appropriate hole. Position the tube, so it is about
the same length of the Swaging Head above the
bars. Then slide the Yoke to the top of the tube.
03. Expand the Copper Tube by turning the
Handle on top of the Yoke clockwise until
the Yoke can't be tightened anymore.
It means the Expanding in done.
NOTE:
After several uses clean the debris off the swaging heads. Use lubricant on the thread to
lubricate, and prevent rust for a longer lifespan.

Side Bar
02. Line up the Arrow Indicator on the
Yoke with the Indicator on the bar.
Then tighten the Side Bar on the Yoke.
04. Turn the Handle on top of Yoke counter-
clockwise. Then release the side bar to
move the Yoke to the back. Open the
Bar to remove the expanded tube.
