    SECTION 2. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Assembling your scooter takes just two steps: 1. Place the handlebar on the steering rod and tighten the screw. 2. Using the arrows and color coding as guides, join the waterproof connectors. SECTION 3. SPEEDOMETER OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS The speedometer has two buttons, Power and Function.

    SECTION 4. FOLDING INSTRUCTIONS Your scooter can be conveniently folded and unfolded for easy storage and transport. To quickly fold: Loosen the folding knob by turning, then fold the steering rod down toward the footboard. To quickly unfold: Push the steering rod upright. Tighten the folding knob completely and fasten the buckle to the folding seat.
