Tools required Combination wrench (ring/open jaw) Hex 13; for M8. Screwdriver for Torx TX20; for M4. Tool for torque levels; 2.6Nm and 24Nm. Assembly Step 1 – Radome (only for 24-80GHz) For frequencies 24-80GHz the preassembled spherical radome has to be demounted and flipped 180°. - Page 4 Decide if the antenna support shall be mounted on the antenna before hoisting or if it first shall be mounted to the pole and then hoist and hang the antenna to the antenna support. This instruction describes the latest. Decide if the antenna shall be left side installed or right side installed. Antenna Alignment Elevation adjustment Slightly loosen Hang, Lock and Secure screws. Use Elevation Screw to adjust elevation ±15˚. Secure screw Hang screw Lock screw Elevation Screw ±15° Azimuth adjustment b) Slightly loosen Hinge nut, Azimuth lock screw and azimuth nuts. Use Azimuth nuts on azimuth adjustment link screw to adjust azimuth ±15˚.
