CONSOLE About display A. TIME / TIME/500M window: Shows exercise time / the time you need to row 500 meters in your current speed. TIME/500M AVG (average time/500M): During exercise, the console will record your velocity per 500 meters. Once exercise is stopped, the console will display your average velocity per 500 meters.

CONSOLE PULSE window: Shows current heart beat per minute. The console will detect pulse signals from the optional chest belt. Note: The optional chest belt is required in order to use this function. The frequency of the chest belt accepted by the console is 5 KHz.

WARM - UP WARM - UP GUIDELINES Warming up is an important part of every workout. Warming up prepares the body for more strenuous exercise by increasing circulation, delivering more oxygen to the muscles, and raising the body temperature. SUGGESTED STRETCHES The following stretches provide a good warm-up, or cool-down.

WARM - UP TOE TOUCHES Standing with your knees slightly bent, slowly bend forward from the hips. Allow your back and shoulders to relax as you stretch down toward your toes. Go as far as you can and hold for 15 counts, then relax.

During the warranty period, PRO 6 has the option to replace or repair a part(s) that was discovered damaged or has become damaged due to a manufacturer defect only, and may be done so with serviceable used parts that are equivalent to the new parts in performance.
