     In order to avoid electric shock, please make sure the warming drawer has been shut off before carrying out the maintenance.  Use only original accessories provided by ELBA or its authorized service center.  Do not use wet parts of body to touch the warming drawer.

    4. CONNECTION OF THE APPLIANCE 4.1 Fitting on a Power Supply Cable The appliance has to be equipped with a three-core power supply cable which is designed to operate with an alternating current. The AC power supply should be supplied with 220-240V, 50/60Hz and a minimum 13A distribution circuit fuse or at least 13A distribution circuit breaker.

    5. FOR THE FIRST TIME USING The first time you use your appliance, we recommend that set the thermostat to the highest setting and leave the warming drawer on for about half an hour with nothing in it, with the door shut completely.

    6.1 Control Panel Icon Descriptions ON Button, Press button to turn appliance on. OFF Button, Press button to turn appliance off. Cups or glasses (approx. 40°C) Turn the knob to select the program. Serving dishes or plates (approx. 60°C) Turn the knob to select the program. Press button to turn on appliance.

    7. PROGRAMS AND FUNCTIONS 7.1 Selecting the Warming Drawer Programs To select the warming drawer programs, turn the knob to desire program. The detail of the programs as below: Symbol Function Descriptions The temperature range can be set within the range of 40-50ºC. This program is used to warm the cups or glasses.
  • Page 10 DISHES OR PLATES Suggested temperature: 60 °C This program is used to warm the serving dishes or plates. Food stays warm for longer if served in pre-heated dishes. It will take around 30-35 minutes to heat evenly. Capacity: - 20 dinner plates (Φ28 cm) or 36 soup bowls (Φ22 cm) or 10 dinner plates (Φ28 cm) and 10 soup bowls (Φ22 cm) or 10 pizza plates (Φ36 cm)

    8. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Before cleaning or performing maintenance on your warming drawer, disconnect the appliance from the power supply. To extend the lifespan of your warming drawer, it must be cleaned frequently.  All surfaces and controls should be cleaned using warm water with a little washing up liquid applied with a soft sponge or cloth.
