ASSEMBLY STEP 1 For standing rack models attach the wheels to the rack system by carefully laying down the rack onto a piece of cardboard or carpet to avoid any damage or scratches. ASSEMBLY STEP 3 Every door on the rack is removable, if needed you can remove the doors by pushing down the pin hinge on thats on the inside corner. Tilt the door out so the top hinge is outside the hole, and then pull up so the bottom hinge comes off the rack.

ASSEMBLY STEP 5 Each door is lockable with the included key set. Make sure the door is completley closed before locking, keep keys in a secure location. STEP 6 To open each door, push in the key hole area that says PUSH. The door handle will extend out, and can be rotated to the left to open the door.
MOUNTING STEP 1 If you are mounting your rack against the wall, check the wall area for a stud location. The mounting holes must go through a stud support. Lay the mounting bar flat side against the wall. Using the included mounting bar to mark the hole locations.

MOUNTING STEP 3 Using the included mounting anchors, place them inside the holes you previously made and secure the mounting bar. NOTE: Wall Mounting screws are not included. STEP 4 Carefully lift the rack with assistance up against the mounted bar, in the back of the rack there are hollow holes that will hang on like a picture frame.
POWERING STEP 1 To attach the fan locate the usb cord coming from the top fan and plug it in to the back of the controller's plug named EXT. This USB fan cord may already be plugged into the controller for you.

PROGRAMMING MODE SETTING Press the Mode button to cycle through the controller’s available programming modes and settings: ON Mode, OFF Mode, TIMER Mode, AUTO Mode (1 trigger), ALARM Settings (1 setting). ON MODE In this mode, the fans will run continuously regardless of temperature.

PROGRAMMING AUTO MODE: HIGH TEMP. In this mode, press the up or down button to set a high temperature trigger. The fans will activate if the probe’s measured temperature exceeds the temperature you have set in this mode. The activated fans will slowly increase in speed until it reaches the speed set in ON Mode.

PROGRAMMING FAHRENHEIT OR CELSIUS To change to displayed units between Fahrenheit and Celsius, please set the controller to OFF Mode, then hold the up button for Fahrenheit (°F) or hold the down button for Celsius (°C). DISPLAY BRIGHTNESS To adjust the brightness of the display, please set the controller to OFF Mode, then press the up or down button to increase or decrease the brightness level.

PROGRAMMING ALERT ICONS On the top left of the display is the alert icon section. Icons may flash when the controller wishes to alert you that a particular function or alarm is being triggered. DISPLAY LOCK ALERT This icon is visible when the controller has been locked. The icon will flash to alert you that the controller is locked if you try to change the mode or settings.
Rack Drawers The AC Infinity aluminum rack mount drawer is designed to be mounted into standard 19-inch racks to provide storage space. The drawer can securely hold various rack equipment.
WARRANTY This warranty program is our commitment to you, the product sold by AC Infinity will be free from defects in manufacturing for a period of two years from the date of purchase. If a product is found to have a defect in material or workmanship, we will take the appropriate actions defined in this warranty to resolve any issues.
