    Slimdrive SL NT/SL NT-FR Pre-installation Pre-installation The most up-to-date diagram is applicable for performing the pre-installation work. All components must be identified and installed in accordance with the drive diagram. 5. 1 Cutting the running rail and cover to size Cut the running rail and cover to the required length.

    Pre-installation Slimdrive SL NT/SL NT-FR 5.4 Fitting the left-hand module bearer Fit the left-hand module bearer in compliance with the drawing. 5.5 Connecting the alarm contact to the locking device (optional) Only screw the red locking pin (1) in again after the cover has been placed on. Remove screws M2.3 x 10 on the feedback switch (4) of the locking mechanism.

    Apply the stickers, see the drive drawing: à Information plate (enter the date of manufacture, supplement digits of Classes 5 and 7) à TÜV sticker à Ü symbol (for Slimdrive SL NT-FR) 5. 1 0 Pre-mounting the roller carriage on the door leaf ForX1-leafXsystems Slide the clamping plate (1) into the connect- ing profile.

Mount the running rail (2) on the base construction. Install light barrier profiles/draught sealing profiles according to local conditions (see installation diagram).

  • Page 15 Slimdrive SL NT/SL NT-FR Installation Push the track-supporting rollers (4) upwards and tighten using screws (5). 6.2.3 Suspending the door leaf and screwing it in place. Move the roller carriage (1) into the door opening (4). Suspend the door leaf (3) on the height adjustment screws (6). Screw the door leaf in place using screws (7).

AdjustXtheXparallelXpositionXandXheightXofXtheXdoorXleaves Place wedge under the door leaf. Use the hanger bolts (3) to align the door leaf flush. Ensure the same height and parallel closing edges when doing so.

When mounting the module bearer, make sure that its entire length is suspended in the running rail (2). Position the right module bearer (3) in such a way that it does not collide with the motor.

Route the transformer cable (1) through the cable holder to the control unit. 6.2. 1 0 Connecting the toothed belt locking (optional) and control unit When fitting the cover (3) make sure that no cables become jammed.

The electrical system (230 V) may only be connected and disconnected by a professional electrician. Perform the power connection and equipment earth conductor test in accordance with VDE 0100 Part 610.
