OVERVIEW ACCESSORY EK-Series Electric Duct Heater 1.3 HEATER CAPACITY IN KILOWATTS Electric heater capacity is based on kilowatts (kW). Electric heaters are nearly 100% efficient, so output capacity equals input capacity. Heaters are available in capacities from 1 - 175 kW. 1.4 HEATER ELEMENTS A choice of two different types of heater elements is offered: either 60–20–20 Ni–Cr –Fe with nickel plated terminal pins (standard) or 80-20 Ni-Cr with stainless steel terminal pins.
