Page 3 Instructions A. Casts of the upper and lower dentition are prepared in your customary manner. B. Secure the lower model first. Loosen the lower attaching screw, insert the model, lining up the midline indicator with the dental midline, and tighten the screw. C. Follow the above instructions for the upper model. D. Loosen the anterior/posterior adjustment knob and flip the lever forward.
