    1. When instrument works abnormally, do stop working, turn off the power and check the reason, then contacts the EICKEMEYER Company about it. 2. Turn off power and pull out of the plug from socket after each ultrasonic diagnostic operation.

    5.2 Probe installation Warning: 1. The Eickemeyer ultrasonic probe shall be connected to the dedicated Eickemeyer ultrasonic system only. Select proper probe model according to the relevant instructions of ultrasonic diagnostic system.

    1. Adapter has no switch. The isolation of the system with the MAINS used to unplug the adapter as the intended isolation means. 2. The device should be used only with power adapter provided by Eickemeyer Company. 3. To avoid damaging power adapter or harming people by unexpected fallen, make sure the power adapter is placed on the leveled desk.

    Explanation: 1. When reading images, it must choose the image code with “*”. The stored and read out images are all black and white images. 2. In the status for saving or reading images, press key, can delete the image with “*” mark in main unit or in the U disk.

  • Page 23 Chapter Nine System Maintenance The system maintenance should be performed by the user and service engineer. Users shall be in full charge of maintenance, repair and operation of the system after purchasing the product. 9.1 Maintenance by users 9.1.1 System clean, disinfect and sterilize Warning : Turn off the instrument and pull out the power supply wire before cleaning every instrument of the system.

  • Page 25 Attention: A power indicator will appear “X” and glitter continually when the electric quantity is too low. Connect the main unit to external power supply and recharge the battery, or turn off the machine to recharge. Attention: Don’t throw away the exhausted battery anywhere; especially throw it in the fire.

    9.4 System maintenance To ensure the performance and safety of instrument, it must be checked after using 1 year. When check the instrument, please consult the factory-authorized distributor of Eickemeyer Company for service, as they need to have professional technology engineers.
