Tools Required for Assembly:

1- Pair of Pliers
2 - 9/16" Wrenches
2 - 3/4" Wrenches

STEP 1

Place a 5/8" Flat Washer (3) over the
axle on the Roller Body (1). Do this for

both ends of the Roller Body. Fig. 1

Next, place one end of the Center Brace (7)

over one side of the axle then the opposite

side. NOTE: you will have to pull (spread out)

on one end of the Center Brace to get it to go

over the axle. Fig. 2

Place another 5/8" Flat Washer (3) over

1 the axle on the Roller Body (outside the

Center Brace) on each end. Fig. 1

Insert a 3/16" Cotter Pin(4) into the hole
on the axle and spread the legs of the pin
to secure into place. Repeat this procedure
for the other side of the axle. Fig. 1
