Troubleshooting the Beacon 2.0 F U N C T I O N A L I T Y If you want to pair the Beacon to a new device, turn off the original device’s Bluetooth before pairing or forget the Beacon from its list of devices. This will prevent any attempt by the Beacon to automatically pair to the first device.

Troubleshooting the Beacon 2.0 R E S E T T I N G Y O U R E A R B U D S If your Beacons are having difficulty connecting to each other, you may wish to reset the earbuds to their default settings.

Troubleshooting the Beacon 2.0 L E D I N D I C A T O R S ▸ Both LEDs blinking blue : The earbuds are pairing with each other. Once they are connected you will hear a shor t tone, and the LEDs will turn solid blue.
