    1. OPERATIONS The CP-508 control panel can be operated by one or more keypads. When keypads are used an identification code is required. This code is called PIN-code. All PIN-codes are 4-digit codes. There is one 2-digit code available by which a quick arming procedure can be performed. PIN-codes can be devided into 3 levels: systemsupervisor highest priority, allways authorized.

    disarming. 2.2 Control Panel section arming If a PIN-code is authorized to choose sections for arming or disarming, then the arming procedure can be executed as follows: enter the PIN-code, press the key for the section to be armed (key 1, 2, 3 or F, H, P).

    The authorization of the 20 free-programmable PIN-codes and of the 2-digit quick-arming code has to be defined before programming the codes. This can be done only by the systemsupervisor. Table 1 can be used to keep track of the programmed authorization and programmed PIN-codes. The authorization can be programmed as follows: Enter the systemsupervisor PIN-code.
